- Items can be returned or exchanged within 2 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition.
- Returns and exchanges can also be processed through Head Office, provided you have the invoice and the item is in its original condition, within 2 days of receipt.

Quality Inspection
If the product requires inspection, it will be collected and assessed by our Quality Control Team. A response will be provided within 1 to 3 days of receiving the item at our facility. -
Promotional Offers
If the return or exchange invalidates any promotional offer previously applied, the offer will be canceled. -
Delivery Timeline for Exchanges
Replacement items will be delivered within 2 to 5 business days.

- Card Payments: Refunds will be processed through the original bank account used for payment.
